An operating system for recommerce.
Recommerce runs on spreadsheets. The decisions that set the margin — what to buy, what to pay for it, and what it is worth once it is graded, repaired and listed — get made without evidence, and nothing checks them afterwards.
RenewedAI makes those decisions the product: priced per unit, recorded when they are made, and measured against what actually happened.
What it does
Purchasing
Decide what to buy from a supplier's manifest, how much of it, and the most it is worth paying — priced per unit and per grade, against the full cost of getting it sold.
Inventory
Track units rather than quantities, through receiving, grading and repair, so a shelf can be reconciled against what was actually bought.
Outcomes
Record what a unit returned when it sold and measure it against what was predicted, so the next purchase is priced on evidence rather than assumption.
How it works
A manifest arrives
A supplier sends a stocklist — thousands of rows of terse, inconsistent descriptions. It is uploaded as a file.
Every line is identified and priced
Each row is resolved to a real product, then priced per unit and per grade against the full cost of getting it sold — fees, labour, returns and the time capital is tied up.
The decision is recorded
What was recommended, on what evidence, and what the buyer actually did. Written when the decision is made, because none of it can be reconstructed afterwards.
The outcome is measured against it
When a unit sells, what it returned is compared with what was predicted — and the next manifest is priced on the difference.
Where the AI is, and where it is not
Identity, which is the hard part
A supplier calls it "Apl-Kyb-A1243-Slv". The catalog calls it something else. Most pricing failures are really identity failures, so that is where the model works: reading messy descriptions and proposing what a thing actually is.
Never the price
A model proposes; a person decides; the decision is recorded with its evidence. Every figure that costs money — the offer, the margin, the break-even — is computed deterministically and can be traced back to the inputs it came from.
Pricing
Four plans — Starter, Pro, Max and Enterprise. A plan sets the monthly asset volume it covers and the capabilities it includes. Enterprise is unmetered.
Rates are quoted per operator, because monthly volume and product mix vary widely across recommerce. Tell us the volume you process and we will quote against it — dev@renewedai.com.
Who it is for
Operators who buy returned and refurbished inventory in volume — grading it, repairing it, and selling it across marketplaces.
How it gets its data
Licensed and official sources only — supplier manifests, and marketplace APIs under their own terms. Nothing is scraped.
